Makes about 1 cup
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 teaspoons fresh peeled ginger - grated fine using a microplane grater
1 small organic lemon - peel, use flesh and juice from lemon
2 tablespoons white miso - non GMO
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon filtered water
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until thoroughly blended. I am fortunate to have a BlendTec Blender and I just press the Dressing/Dips button and voila.
Store dressing in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to one week.
